This bright and fresh vinaigrette creation of Chef Kristan Mill is a go to during the summer time. It’s simple, delicious and brightens up any meal.
½ cup Olivo Amigo, Joy, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Apple cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Lemon zest from 1 lemon
Lemon juice from ½ lemon
Orange zest from 1 orange
Orange juice from ½ orange
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. Quick and easy, place all the ingredients into a mason style jar, close lip and shake it up.
