Joy is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a medium-high green fruitiness. Made with Frantoio olives, Joy has aromas of green grass and tomato with delicate tinges of fig and apple. To the palate, it has a very mild bitterness and a pleasant medium spice level. It is a complex, well-balanced oil, with a bright flavor that will take your dishes to the next level. Enjoy boldness and euphoria in every bite.
