Mediterranean Mule
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz ginger beer
1 teaspoon Vitality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
Shake vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a copper mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and float a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on the surface. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Citrus Olive Oil Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz orange liqueur
1 teaspoon Joy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Orange peel twist for garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine gin, vermouth, and orange liqueur. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Float a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on top and garnish with an orange peel twist.

2 oz silver tequila
1 oz lime juice
1 oz agave syrup
3-4 fresh basil leaves

Instructions:
Muddle basil leaves in a shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Float a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on top and garnish with a basil leaf.

Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4-5 fresh rosemary sprigs
1 teaspoon Joy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
In a shaker, muddle fresh rosemary with simple syrup. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Float a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on top and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Cucumber Mint Olive Oil Fizz
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz cucumber juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon Vitality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Club soda
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves in a shaker with simple syrup. Add gin, cucumber juice, lime juice, and ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and float a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on top. Garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig.
