This herby and creamy basil feta dip is the perfect appetizer for any occasion! It whips together in a food processor in less than a minute! Simply add feta, basil, greek yogurt, and Olivo Amigo Olive Oil to a food processor and blend to your desired consistency. Top it off with an extra drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and some baby basil leaves.
- 8 oz. Feta Block
- ¾ Cup Basil Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Olivo Amigo Joy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a medium bowl or plate. Drizzle with Olivo Amigo Joy Olive Oil and top with basil leaves.
