This herby and creamy basil feta dip is the perfect appetizer for any occasion! It whips together in a food processor in less than a minute! Simply add feta, basil, greek yogurt, and Olivo Amigo Olive Oil to a food processor and blend to your desired consistency. Top it off with an extra drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and some baby basil leaves. 

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. Feta Block
• ¾ Cup Basil Leaves
• 2 Tablespoons Olivo Amigo Joy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
• 1 Clove Garlic
• Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients in  a food processor. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a medium bowl or plate. Drizzle with Olivo Amigo Joy Olive Oil and top with basil leaves.

Serve with pita, crudite or with grilled chicken kabobs! However you choose to enjoy this yummy dip, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser!
