A complete lack of customer service and support

I ordered as a gift and had it sent directly to my brother. The box was received missing everything but the pour spout. I contacted Olivo Amigo by email and their online chat. When they finally responded, I was told that their response time is 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, this time frame is not indicated on their website. Once they responded I was directed to the insurance provider and had to wait another 5 days for the claim to be reviewed. When I filed the claim I indicated I wanted a replacement sent. However, I was then told what I ordered was out of stock and a refund would be issued…which could take as long as 12 days.

One of the reasons I chose to order from Olivo Amigo is because it is an immigrant woman owned business.
I’m so disappointed that a woman owned company would provide such poor customer service.

Best olive oil

This is the best tasting olive oil i have ever had! I bought a gift set of the oil and balsamic and spice mix at the overland park Kansas holiday mart for a friend and got one for myself. We already went through ours and had to order the full set because it is so amazing and versatile! I made a batch of foccacia and used the spice blend to make it and still dip it in the oil and vinegar mixture. So delicious I want to drink it!
