It’s super important to recognize what triggers your anxiety and stress and try to minimize that. Obviously you can avoid everything that causes stress in your life, but you can minimize it and try to avoid it as much as possible.

Set Realistic Goals

Setting realistic goals is important for your mental health. When you are setting goals that are too hard for you to achieve, then you are setting yourself up to be let down and stressed out.
