We've been seeing the viral extra virgin olive oil caramel everywhere, so we had to get in on the fun, but with an Olivo Amigo twist. We used Vitality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, maple syrup, and flaky sea salt, and poured it over vanilla ice cream for the perfect summer (& anytime) treat.

Ingredients:

Olivo Amigo Vitality Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Maple syrup

Flaky sea salt 

Vanilla ice cream 

Instructions:

Mix together 1/3 cup Vitality Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a 1/2 cup maple syrup.

Add a large pinch of flaky sea salt.

Whisk for at least two minutes to reach desired caramel consistency.

Drizzle over ice cream and enjoy!
