Essential oils are derived from florals, resins, foods, and roots extracted to obtain their aroma. Aromas can produce therapeutic benefits to the mind, body, and soul as a natural and holistic method of healing. Many people have turned to essential oils to help deal with physical and emotional stress. It is a great tool to use for everyday struggles.

How do you use these essential oils?

The most common way is using a water tank diffuser for larger rooms and reed diffusers for intimate spaces. Pocket inhalers are also a great option to take your essential oil to-go and inhale it anywhere, as a pick-me-up.           

Essential oils can also be used topically. It can be absorbed  through the skin using a carrier oil like extra virgin olive oil. However, we highly recommend looking at your supplier’s dilution rates to avoid any adverse reactions, as essential oils are highly potent.      

We believe incorporating essential oils into your life is an enjoyable experience. Although these oils show great therapeutic benefits, it is important to note that there are safety recommendations when using essential oils around children under 12 years old.
