Olivo Strawberry Spark Cocktail

Ingredients:
2 oz. vodka
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. honey or unflavored syrup
1 oz. Olivo Amigo Spark Balsamic Vinegar
2-3 diced strawberries
1 small bunch of mint (or substitute with basil)
Sparkling water

Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the diced strawberries to extract their juices.
Add vodka, lemon juice, honey or syrup, Olivo Amigo Spark Balsamic Vinegar, and ice to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, strawberry, and a small bunch of mint or basil.

Ingredients:

Instructions:
In a blender, puree the sliced peaches until smooth.
In a small saucepan, heat the Olivo Amigo Spark Balsamic Vinegar and honey over medium heat, stirring constantly until the honey is dissolved and the mixture has slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Spoon a dollop of the peach puree into the bottom of each champagne flute.
