Burrata, Prosciutto, and Fruit Plate

Ingredients:

2 large balls of burrata cheese

10-12 slices of high-quality prosciutto

A selection of fresh, ripe fruits (e.g., figs, peaches, strawberries, or cantaloupe)

A handful of mixed greens (arugula or micro-greens work well)


For the Dressing:

2 tablespoons of OLIVO AMIGO extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon of Spark Balsamic Vinegar

1 teaspoon of honey

1 pinch of Elevate Mediterranean Spice Blend


Garnish:

Fresh basil leaves

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil for a finishing drizzle

Instructions:

Begin by placing a light bed of arugula or micro-greens on a large serving platter or plate.

Grab your burrata and carefully pull apart and place around the plate. 

Arrange the slices of prosciutto around the burrata, draping them gracefully over the greens.

Wash and prepare your selected fruits. 

Slice them into bite-sized pieces and artfully arrange the fresh fruits around the prosciutto and burrata. The goal is to create a visually appealing arrangement that balances colors and shapes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and spices.. This sweet and tangy dressing will enhance the flavors of the dish.

Carefully drizzle the dressing over the burrata, prosciutto, and fruit. Ensure an even distribution, but be cautious not to overwhelm the delicate flavors.

To finish, scatter fresh basil leaves over the plate and add a light finishing drizzle of olive oil.
