- 1oz Campari
- 1oz Vermouth
- 1oz Prosecco
- 1 Peach Slices
- 1 Sprigs of Rosemary
- 1 Ice balls (regular ice cubes will work just fine!)
- 1 tablespoon Olivo Amigo Balsamic Vinegar
- To a highball glass, add 1 ice ball or a few ice cubes. Add in Campari and Vermouth. Drizzle in balsamic vinegar. Add peach slice and sprig of rosemary. Top with Prosecco.
