This balsamic gin fizz is the perfect crisp and refreshing drink!

What You'll Need:

- 2 oz of your preferred gin

- 1/2 oz of lemon juice

- 1/2 oz of honey or your choice of sweet syrup

- 1 oz of Olivo Amigo Spark Balsamic Vinegar

- 2 diced strawberries 

- Mint (for garnish) 

How to Make: 

- Start by putting the diced strawberries into the shaker and muddle them. 

- Add all liquid ingredients and ice to the shaker. 

- Shake, shake, shake!

- Grab your favorite glass and add fresh ice.

- Strain the drink into your glass. 

- Top with club soda or prosecco. 

- Garnish with mint, and enjoy!
