Ingredients:

Olivo Amigo, yourolivoamigo, evoo, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spark balsamic vinegar, elevate mediterranean spices, pasta skillet recipe, dinner recipes, balsamic chicken pasta

Instructions:

  1. Add olive oil, chicken, broccoli, spices, chicken stock, and pasta to a large pan.
  2. Cover the ingredients completely with stock (you might need to add more stock) and reduce heat to medium and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  4. After 10 minutes, check if the liquid has been mostly absorbed. If the pasta is al dente but there's still liquid, you can drain as desired.
  5. Add the balsamic vinegar and saute uncovered for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Top with parmesan cheese and more Mediterranean spices as desired.
