Directions

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until chunky. Season with black pepper and fine salt.

In a pan, toast the bread until it is browned and crisp. Brush the toasts lightly with olive oil. Spread the mashed avocado evenly across the bread and season with sea salt, black pepper, everything bagel seasoning, and red pepper flakes, if using.
