Joy is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a medium-high green fruitiness. Made with Frantoio olives, Joy has aromas of almond and fig with delicate tinges of apple and tomato. To the palate, it has a very mild bitterness and a pleasant medium spice level. It is a complex, well-balanced oil, with a bright flavor that will take your dishes to the next level.
